ComG@te

The ComG@te is a combination of interfaces for the communication from the Huber temperature control machine with a PC or with a process control system. Presently there are 2 models available:

ComG@te for building into Compatible Control machines

This ComG@te can be built into the following models:

  • Heating thermostats in the series CC300
  • Cooling thermostats in the series: Ministat® , CC400, CC500, CC800, CC900

After identification, the thermostat expands the functions of the CC Pilot automatically to include communications possibilities according to NAMUR

  • Analogue-Interface 4-20mA
  • External Control signal (voltage free)
  • Voltage free contact (Alarm contact)
  • Digital interface RS485

ComG@te in stainless steel housing

The interfaces of this ComG@te according to NAMUR, is built into separate stainless steel housing. This ComG@te can be connected via a cable to a HUBER temperature control machine. This has the advantage that the linking into a process control system can take place with the minimum possible cabling effort. The ComG@te in the stainless steel housing is fitted as standard in all Unistats®, but can also be connected as an external ComG@te in all other temperature control machines with a "CC-Pilot"

  • All combinations with the immersion thermostats CC-E
  • Heating thermostats in the series CC200, CC300
  • Cooling thermostats in the series Ministats, CC400, CC500, CC800, CC900;
  • Unichiller® with the CC-Pilot

After identification, the thermostat expands the functions of the CC Pilot automatically to include communications possibilities according to NAMUR

  • Analogue-Interface 0/4-20mA or 0-10V
  • External Control signal (voltage free)
  • Voltage free contact (NO/NC Alarm contact)
  • Digital interface RS232 and RS485
  • Level contact (for optional float switch)
