Case studies show empirical data and offer invaluable assistance in choosing the right system for your application. The case studies demonstrate thermodynamic characteristics of Huber thermostats showing performance data form actual systems. We have a growing library that currently stands at approximately 200 combinations of Huber Unistats and applications (reactors, synthesis systems,...). The applications are indexed by Unistat and also by reactor size & type so that the case study most relevant to the application can be easily located.
The Huber Unistat case studies demonstrate the high performance of Huber temperature control systems in terms of process temperature control. When the priority is reproducible results and tight temperature control, the Unistats are here demonstrated to be the right choice. Catalogue data is misleading in listing cooling/heating power and pump data. The case studies show how that power and pump efficiencies translates to actual temperature control. In each case, the application (reactor, contents, heat transfer fluids, hoses) and the temperature control processes are clearly described and the results are recorded and graphically presented to be easily understood.
