Conductivity measurements

A 25-litre open bath (300 x 400 mm) is operated in the temperature range of -40 to +200°C. The bath is built into a Perlite insulation system. In the bath, the measuring system is immersed for conductivity measurements. A Unistat® 705w under "external open" operation is used to control the temperature of the device achieving a very high temperature stability of + / -0.002°K at 25°C. An additional test is carried out at -40°C. The bath medium is low viscosity silicone oil.
