Low temperature synthesis
Various syntheses of high-quality interim and final products run in active ingredients and fine chemicals, with a strong release of heat. This is often reactions with organometallic reagents, which have a very high reactivity. To ensure the selectivity of the synthesis, these reactions are carried out at low temperatures.
With the installation of a 100 litre, low-temperature reactor, opportunities have been created to transfer the applications, developed in laboratory synthesis, to a commercial scale in the first kilogram-quantity range and in a further step, to the production scale (Scale-Up).
Laboratory glass reactors are available in 1 litre and 5 litres, kilo lab 100 litre low temperature reactor tank and production in 2500 litres. Therefore it is possible at every phase of a project to offer the customer samples or small quantities for sale.
