20.03.10Analytica 2010: In 140m² of stand, centred around the exhibition tower, Huber presented the newest innovations in high precision and environmentally friendly temperature control technology:

 

Temperature control – value for money.

MPC® circulators are a simple solution for temperature requirements from -30°C to 200°C. The MPC® line consists of a combination of an immersion circulator (MPC®-E) and a bath, which are available in various sizes and models. The Polycarbonate baths (A) are transparent and for use up to 100°C. The insulated models, in stainless steel (B) allow temperatures up to 200°C. Refrigerated circulators of the MPC® line consist of a bridge mounted immersion circulator MPC®-E and a refrigerated bath (K).

 

Simple – Low cost – Only what you need

The modern low cost controller has been purposely designed to do without the benefits of Plug & Play-Technology, and concentrate on the essential functions so you pay only for what you need. As with all Huber units, safety is a priority, and there has been no compromise with the MPC® range which feature an over temperature alarm and low liquid protection.

 

The MPC® controller has a large temperature display, LED Indicators for the pump and 3 easy to use keys for a simple user interface. For those requiring more, an 'advanced' is available, where the functionality has been expanded to include an RS232 interface and an external PT100 connection. Uniquely in this price class, all models have a high performance pressure and suction pump which can be used with accessories such as a pump adapter and the constant level holder, to control temperature in external open systems.

 

Years before HFC's & CFC's were banned, Huber started using environmentally friendly cooling with the Ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero. The MPC® Circulators contain natural refrigerants reduce the 'Greenhouse effect' also to zero.

 

Highly dynamic thermoregulation

Unistats® have dominated the world of temperature control technology since 1990. Where process safety and reproducible, highly dynamic temperature control results are concerned, there is no alternative.

 

Unistats® for a professional scale up from development to production: nearly 100 models cover the temperature range from -120°C to +425°C and cooling and heating powers up to 250 kW. Unistats® can also be used in conjunction with steam or cooling brine circulation and can therefore be used for production systems beyond the 10 m³- class.

 

petite fleur – the baby Tango

The Petite Fleur is the new entry level Unistat® model for temperature control requirements from -40°C to 200°C. The Tango was originally the smallest heating and cooling circulator of the Unistat® range, and set the tone for many years. Petite Fleur – the baby Tango, In comparison to the Unistat® Tango, is 2/3 the size, 2/3 the power and 2/3 the price. With the addition of the Petite Fleur, there are now Unistats® available from cooling powers of 480 watts at 20°C.

 

New models down to -90°C

The range of models is steadily growing. After the introduction of the Unistat® models for temperatures down to -50°C, the new Unistat® 905, 912 and 915 expand the portfolio for working temperatures down to -90°C.

 

New Unistat® High temperature circulator.

The Unistat® CC402 expands the peak temperature of the Unistat® to +425°C. Heating power is switchable between 3 and 9 kW.
